I’m deep thinking, free flowing gal with nontraditional experiences that give me a perspective that is truly global and truly unique.

From backpacking with screaming teens through the Arizona wilderness, to conducting multiple data studies in Ghana, to practicing daily shadow work, I source my writing from a place of empathy, intuition, courage, and a whole lot of wit.

Not someone who likes to think (or be) inside a box, if I’m not writing I’m most likely out climbing a tree.

How I define myself: mischievous, kind, determined, honest, and usually craving something sweet.
